HCC will be making history on September 17th when it will become the first community college to host a race in the history of the Electrathon.The Electrathon is a car race where students from around the area design, build and race electric vehicles.These races promote the use of multiple disciplines within the engineering field.Students from the HCC Engineering Society have buil ta vehicle for the race and are ready to put their skills to the test against competitors from USF, private hobbyists, and high schools fromaround the Tampa Bay area. The race will be held at the Brandon Campus baseball field parking lot.
