Professionalism of Vendors saves Big Day
Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012: temperatures in the high 70s and a light breeze from the Gulf of Mexico were not the only highlight that turned this day into a lifetime memory for the newlyweds. A perfect wedding day discarded all issues and concerns that have occurred during the planning phase of Lisa Evensen and Benjamin Stein’s big day.
“Changing the venue has been the best decision since winning the free or $40,000 wedding in October 2011,” said the Bride, who could not be happier about the outcome of the big day. Each participating vendor has done a phenomenal job and proven professionalism through the outstanding service or product they were providing in the form of a donation.
The wedding ceremony took place in the chapel on the MacDill AFB. The reception continued right afterward in the new club house at the base housing facilities. From the personalized invites donated by Diane Berube, Tampa Calligraphy, the dresses and tuxedos by White Closet and Mr. Paul’s Tux, the linen and chair covers by US Tent, the hors d’oeuvres by Joan’s Catering, the entrees by Catering by the family, the amazing cake and desert bar by Laurie Cinelli from “A piece of cake”, the photography by Loving Legacy and video by Starstrucks Entertainment as well as the Music provided by DJ Bob Moore and the fun photo booth by Fotos”R”Fun, everything turned out to be just made just for our wedding.
Sharing these unforgettable memories with our families, friends, and the vendors will be a perfect start into a life time together. “We could not be more thankful for what every single participating vendor and supporting friend has done for us.” A complete list of all recommended vendors involved in our wedding can be viewed online on Hawkeyenews.net.

What a great story! I enjoyed reading the articles leading up to your wedding and then describing the “big day” itself. I am partial to happy endings. Thanks for sharing.
