It has been less than a year since the new Epicurean Hotel opened its doors, yet it already boasts that they are one of the best hotels, and a growing business in the Tampa, Florida. According to General Manager Tom Haines, The hotel won the Marriott Best new Hotel Award at the National Marriott Owners’ Conference in Tucson, Arizona this October. Many big names like Forbes Magazine already have praised their customer service and their friendly environment.
The Epicurean Hotel is a $35 million’s investment, and their first built-from-scratch hotel in the United States to join Marriott International’s Autograph Collection.
Food is an integral part of the hotel; “the hotel was built and branded with food in mind” touts oneemployee. No doubt about it, Elevate, the hotel’s restaurant is one of the most amazing restaurants you will visit in Tampa. It offers a variety of food and wines that will fit all tastes.
Chad Johnson, a 2012 James Beard Best Chef South Region semifinalist, is the Executive chef of the restaurant. Johnson believes in using the freshest, premium ingredients and prepares them using modern cooking techniques that highlight the ingredient’s inherent flavors. For drinks, visit EDGE, a rooftop bar. The bar is a place where young professionals meet to interact and network.
The hotel also has a Spa, Evangeline, which offers a variety of services, such as, skin care, massages and pedicures. Becoming a member of the spa entitles you to discount opportunities that are not offered to the general public.
